We hire only Oregon Licensed journeyman plumbers and are committed to
furthering the profession by also including a plumbing apprentice on our staff.

Joe Barnes is a journeyman plumber and also the president of Barnes High Tech Plumbing Inc. He started out as a mechanic so plumbing just seemed to fall into place for him.   Joe has a wife and three daughters.  He likes to hunt, play tennis, soccer, and enjoys watching NASCAR races.   In 1993, Joe started Barnes High Tech Plumbing because he enjoys working with people and wanted to be able to provide a higher level of quality and integrity in service that other companies were not fulfilling
