A. Yes, we hire only Oregon Licensed Journeyman Plumbers or Apprentices that are in state approved training.

Q. Is there a minimum charge?
A. Yes, we have a minimum 1 hour charge.

Q. Do you charge for travel time?
A. Yes, we charge from the time it takes to get to the job and back to our shop.

Q. Do you carry spare parts and faucets on your trucks?
A. Yes, we try to carry a selection of the most common parts.

Q. What kind of billing arrangements do you have?
A. We request that you pay at the time of service. Other arrangements may be made with the office if necessary.
